Construction Management - Our team will arrive promptly and get the job done efficiently, with little to no homework for you. NBD offers turnkey construction management that will walk you through the red tape, keep the project on time, and enable you to keep moving.
Remodels - If your facility needs a tune-up, our skilled team will help design, update, and build out your new office, lobby, or warehouse space. By working closely with engineers and designers, we give new meaning to the term “detail oriented.” Utility Construction & Preparation - We help build the infrastructure to make way for critical business services. Sewers, electrical infrastructure, metal works, site work and grading, dry utilities and wet utilities. Any service that helps things run smoothly is our business. Over-Water/Marine Construction - We’re licensed and insured to keep your piers, over-water buildings, sluice gates, and dry docks, etc. healthy and sound.
